Spanish devotees take part in Virgen del Rocío transfer ceremony

Almonte, May 29 (EFE).- The residents of the Spanish municipality of Almonte held the procession of the Virgen del Rocío at 8.34 p.m. on Saturday to transfer the statue from the Church of the Assumption of Almonte to its shrine in the village, accompanied by thousands of people who were experiencing a moment that should have taken place two years ago.
