Soledad Villamil returns to the theater after 17 years | Video

Buenos Aires, June 2 (EFE).- After 17 years away from the theater, but "very intensely" focused on cinema, series, and music, the Argentine actress and singer Soledad Villamil, winner of the Goya award (2010) for "El secreto de sus ojos", returns to the tables with a comedy of "Chekhovian" elements in which "humour, nonsense and psychological depth coexist".

It is a very funny text, very intelligent, it is a comedy but it also has family stories, of bonds, a reunion between siblings. So I was very interested in being able to play between these registers, on the one hand the very crazy comedy, very funny, even absurd at times, and this other more bonding, more emotional, more psychological register that the characters have.
