Salvadoran government urged to stop criminalization and persecution of the press

San Salvador, May 3 (EFE) - The Association of Journalists of El Salvador (APES) demanded on Wednesday that the Salvadoran State stop the "persecution" of the profession, which in 2022 registered at least 147 attacks, and that the legal reforms that "criminalize" its work be reversed.
