Migrants without shelter or certainty at Mexico border despite end of MPP

Matamoros (Mexico), Aug 12 (EFE), (Camera: Israel Martinez).- The "Dulce Refugio Shelter", which opened on the Mexican border with the United States when the Migrant Protection Protocol (MPP) program began, will close due to lack of resources, a reflection of the uncertainty of tens of thousands of migrants in the area despite the end of this policy.

The shelter in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, on the border of Mexico with Brownsville, Texas, will cease operations on August 20 due to the impossibility of offering food and shelter to hundreds of families, mainly from Central America, but also from other regions.
