Markets watch stock market opening closely after debt ceiling hike

New York (US), May 30 (EFE/EPA) - (Camera: Justin Lane) US markets and businesses are closely watching developments in debt ceiling negotiations after Democratic President Joe Biden and Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced a bipartisan agreement.

Democrats and Republicans on Tuesday conduct their final review of the US sovereign debt ceiling bill, which was agreed to avoid default in June and is scheduled to be voted on in the House of Representatives on Wednesday.
