Free mobile grooming salon offers respite for residents in Metro Manila

Caloocan City, May 18 (EFE/EPA).- Local government of Metro Manila offered free grooming and relaxation services for residents through a mobile grooming salon project regularly making rounds of villages in Metro Manila.
