Bolivia insists on its maritime claim to Chile on eve of Day of the Sea

La Paz, Mar 22 (EFE).- The Government of Bolivia reiterated this Wednesday, on the eve of the Day of the Sea, that it will "always" maintain its claim for sovereign maritime access and that it will insist on dialogue with Chile to resolve what is considered to still be a regional "wound".
