Activists protest in Jakarta against environmental damage from mining industry

Jakarta, May 29 (EFE/EPA).- Activists from Mining Advocacy Network (JATAM) staged a protest Monday in Jakarta against the environmental damage from mining industry.

Dozens of protesters demanded that the government stop environmental damage from mining activities and pay attention to the people who live around the mining sites. (Camera: MAST IRHAM).
