Around 160 people have died in El Salvador in state custody under emergency rule

San Salvador, May 29 (EFE) - At least 160 people, mostly young people, have died in El Salvador in the custody of State Security agents during the controversial measure of emergency rule, implemented by the government of President Nayib Bukele to 'combat' gangs.
