Bangkok, Nov 21 (EFE/EPA).- Four tourists, including an American, two Danes and an Australian, died and several are being treated for poisoning after drinking alcoholic beverages allegedly laced with methanol in Laos.On Thursday, Thai police confirmed to EFE the death of a 19-year-old Australian tourist who was taken to a hospital in Udon Thani in Thailand after contracting poisoning several days ago in Laos along with a friend, who remains hospitalized.
