Lima, Apr 15 (EFE).- Former Peruvian President Ollanta Humala (2011-2016) was sentenced Tuesday to 15 years in prison for money laundering, having received illicit contributions from former Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez and the Brazilian company Odebrecht to finance his election campaigns in 2006 and 2011, after which he was immediately arrested by the police to be transferred to prison.
